This website is operated by Born II Win, a streetwear brand based in New York City. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Born II Win.
By visiting our website or purchasing something from us, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our site.

Our online store is powered by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.
Shipping Policy
All ready-to-ship orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days unless otherwise stated.
For pre-order items, the estimated shipping timeframe will be listed in the product description.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please note:
• Shipping times are estimates and may vary
• We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers
• We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked delivered
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
Orders returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be refunded minus a $5 restocking fee.
For both domestic and international orders, please provide a valid email and phone number in case the courier needs to contact you regarding delivery.
Return Policy
All sales are FINAL.
Born II Win does not accept returns or exchanges unless:
• The item received is defective, or
• You received the wrong item
If this happens, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
• Your order number
• Photos of the issue

If approved, we will provide instructions for a replacement or refund.
Items that appear worn, washed, or damaged after delivery will not be eligible for replacement.

• Discontinue products at any time
We make every effort to display product colors accurately, but colors may vary slightly depending on screen settings.
Orders

However, Born II Win reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including:

• incorrect billing information
• product availability errors
If an order is canceled after payment, a full refund will be issued.
